  23. Neural Planner is used to create, edit, train, test and interrogate
  24. neural networks. Neural networks are created from a ASCII text file
  25. that can be produced using an editor, spreadsheet, word processor or
  26. the facilities provided. The networks can be modified using the 
  27. graphical editor. Training is by back-propagation. Periodic testing is 
  28. automatic. Networks can be interrogated from file or by using the 
  29. interactive facilities. The interrogation output can be written to file
  30. in spreadsheet or hierarchical format.

  34. Requirements:    Windows 3.1 or later. Maths co-processor will increase 
  35.         speed by about 12 times but is not essential.
